I paid for a candle and cent diffuser and never received them. I’ve been messaging on Instagram and emailing for a month. No reply or refund!

I paid for a candle that I never received. I never got a follow up email my candle was ready I finally started emailing 3 weeks in and sent messages numerous times no reply. It has been two months and still no reply or refund .

The best!!! We have used these custom candles for asking both of our daughters godparents and it has been a hit! We love Jessie's Candles! Makes the best personalized gift, especially for such a special occasion!

I got this for my hubby for Valentine’s Day and I absolutely love it! I love the smell, the look and even the wrapping of the candle. It’s nice being able to pick your preferred scent and after the candle is done, the holder is worth saving.

Both the rose and mermaid colors are absolutely stunning when lit and not lit! I purchased them for myself and for gifts. I can’t wait to order more!

Photos of this vessel, and the scent of this candle don’t do it justice you just have to see it in person. The vessel is stunning and heavy and it has my favorite scent, coconut mango!

Received my diffuser refill kit and was really surprised at how big of a container the refill scent was but I’m so excited because I love this scent. I also love the fact that it comes with a little funnel to pour into the travel diffusers. It’s also sweet that the new reeds are put in there with a little flower reed as well.
